Will the colour of the paper mache items fade with time?
Yes, the colours lose their sheen over a period of time which is the normal wear and tear of the product. Over time the colours deepen, giving a vintage look and adding to the beauty of the product.
Are your stoles and shawls handmade? Can I wash them at home?
Yes, they are all handmade. For the longevity of the product, we advise you to opt for a soft wash or dry clean.
Can I use the Kashmiri Tadka Masala in all my dishes?
Yes, you can.
Can I use these oils for cooking?
These oils are not meant for cooking. However, you can use them for your salads.
Can I give your saffron to children?
Yes, you can. In fact, our products like saffron and honey have been highly appreciated by mothers for their children.
What is the shelf date of your edible items?
Honey – 2 years
Premix Kehwa – 2 years if kept in a glass container
Kashmiri Tadka Masala – 2 years
Saffron – 3 years
Almonds – 1.5 years
Walnut – 6 months
Oils – 2 years if kept away from direct sunlight.
What is your exchange or return policy?
Unless there is production defect, we do not exchange our products or provide refund. However, if the product has been damaged in transit, we shall happily make it up to you by providing you with the new product at no extra cost.

How can I order your products? Do you take individual orders or only export and bulk orders?

PAYMENTS & SHIPPING
When will my product reach me?
This depends on the product you have ordered, and the customization involved. For our fast-moving goods like honey, saffron or paper mache, the lead time is 7 days. For any customization in paper mache, specific colour of stole etc. it can take 2 to 4 weeks. If any product takes more time due to any reason, you will be informed beforehand.
What are the modes of payments available?
You can make your payments through net banking, PayPal, and Paytm.
Do I have to pay the shipping charges?
Yes, the shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

All our items are 100% vegetarian.
Why can’t I see your products online?
We are not an e-commerce portal where you can buy products. We create products for our customers. We do not keep bulk stock and offer it to our customers, we ask our customers what they like and then create that for them. Leaving our edible items all our products can be customised as your requirements. Whatever you want from Kashmir, get in touch with us and we will ensure that you have it.
